mid Summer, middle of the year, mid-season evaluations....

 

Where is the time going? All passing in a haze of jumpin'jives , tempered with sultry blues grooves and everything in between!

 

Classes are down to Tuesdays and Thursdays each week now for the summer, definitely a matter of Quality rather than Quantity, since each class has a fantastic atmosphere, particularly in our latest venue in Wexford town... and in Kilkenny we just don't have any homes to go to ... as long as the music plays, it seems the gang stays!

 

Summer also brings more day-time activities with local festivals, field days and events - anywhere there's a good beat playing, we'll appear to strut our stuff... if you want support for your local community of charity event ... please contact us and we'll spread the word. 

 

Looking forward to the autumn, watch this space for exciting new venues and our star attraction: a workshop on Saturday 18th October with Mickey and Tonia who are travelling from England especially for YOU: Jiveinferno dancers will be astounded with the simplicity of styling, the 'rush' that is your reward from mastering new moves and an overall enjoyable experience -whatever your level of dancing. 

 

Mikey has over 22 years professional teaching experience throughout the UK at all the major events such as Camber Sands, Southport, Party Weekenders and many organisers regularly book him for guest appearances across the UK.  His relaxed teaching style and humour ensures that dancers quickly progress and soon accomplish a variety of moves with a desire for their continued improvement and the ability to think outside of the box!

 

Tonia Harding has tremedous dance style which had developed from years of demo work with Mikey and other well known teachers in the UK.... always taking time to explain footwork and styling tips to the ladies, helping them to work on their own strengths and improve any small weaknesses.
