As we return to school this year,its all about keeping fit,flexibility and pushing boundaries with wow routines.
We are going to look after our beginners as well so do invite your friends even if they haven't taken lessons before.
To this end, introducing 'ZUMBA' the fantastic, new, dynamic, exciting, and fun phenomenon with Lisa M from Dancefit Ireland
Lisa gained experience and training in the proper technique expected and required to compete at a top level, which covered such dance diciplines as Cha Cha, Rumba, Waltz, Night Club Two, Country Two-Step, East & West Coast Swing, Hip Hop, Salsa, to name a few.
To support her goals in achieving the several successes she had been competing for and at the UCWDC World Dance Championships since 1999 (the first to do so from Ireland AND first in Ireland to win various championships)
Lisa promises to drill us into shape and bring out the wiggle in us :)
Beginners & Improvers Sessions
Then yours truly will take you through an intermediate n advance routines which will then be followed by the best freestyle dance ever.
Dancing to new tunes and some of your favorites,promises to be one for the books !
P.S. We reserve the right to determine who goes in for d advance routine.

€30 per person
